Cancellation Policy
At Lux Looks by Lex, I understand that my clients have busy schedules, and I believe communication is key. There is a 50% total fee associated with cancellations or no-shows, if I am not notified before 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. I do appreciate a heads-up if you are unable to make it, allowing me to serve other clients who might be on the waitlist.
